A small, cozy wooden summerhouse situated on a secluded natural plot very close to the water in the idyllic summerhouse area of Lyngså near Sæby.

Lyngså is an extremely popular area, particularly because of the stunning dunes, which can be seen from the property, and the fine, child-friendly sandy beach, inviting relaxation and play for the whole family.

The summerhouse was extensively renovated in 2016 and offers a bright and inviting interior. The open kitchen/living area is the heart of the house, where you can gather in the cozy sofa corner for relaxing moments or enjoy meals at the dining area. There are two charming, smaller bedrooms equipped with comfortable 3/4 beds (150 cm and 120 cm wide, respectively), and additionally, there is an alcove in the living room with two extra sleeping places (120 x 200 cm) – perfect for children or guests. The small, functional bathroom is equipped with a shower, making it easy and convenient to freshen up after a day at the beach.

Outdoors, you can enjoy the fenced terrace where the family dog can freely stay without worries. The terrace is ideal for enjoying morning coffee, grilling in the evening, or simply relaxing and enjoying the sounds of nature. The summerhouse in Lyngså is the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, surrounded by beautiful nature and close to delightful experiences by the water.

No rentals to persons under 25 years. The tenant must be present during the entire rental period.

THE AREA:
The area is located about 10 km south of the charming market town of Sæby. An ideal holiday destination for the family who wants to stay in peaceful surroundings by a child-friendly beach and yet close to activities and attractions. In Sæby, you can visit the monastery church St. Mariæ. In this area, you will also find Sæby Miniby, with houses dating back to 1900, as well as the Coastal Museum, Sæby watermill, and various artisans.
On the outskirts of Sæby, there is a beautiful 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.
The town of Frederikshavn lies a bit north of Sæby with an art museum, Bangsbo Botanical Garden, and the Powder Tower. If you continue north from here to Skagen, you can experience the environment of the Skagen painters up close, as well as Grenen, where the Kattegat and Skagerak meet.
On the west coast in Hirtshals, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, is worth a visit.
