Exclusive holiday home with sea view and only a few meters from the beach in Sæby
The newer holiday home is located on a large plot, with a open garden. The house is surrounded by a large patio facing east, south and west, so you can enjoy the view and the outdoors all day. You can enjoy the beautiful sun rise over the sea, from the patio facing east and the living room. There are 70 meters to the lovely beach (Sæby Nordstrand) and the beach promenade, which leads to the marina in Sæby. Here you can relax while watching the many sailing ships.   

The house: 
The house is beautiful decorated and well appointed, here you can relax in an easy chair between expeditions to the many attractions in North Jutland or visits to the marina in Sæby. The holiday home has three bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 6. The three bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, a 3/4 bed and 2 bunk beds respectively. You'll have access to the outdoor patio, from two of the bedrooms. There are also the loft with two mattresses.

There is an electric charger on the fence at the entrance. The brand Easee and payment is made through the App Monta.

The area and the town of Sæby:  
Sæby, in the eastern part of Vendsyssel, is a well-liked tourist town. Especialy because of the child friendly beaches and the old borough enviroment, with its many shops and boutiques. The town oozes of the maritime atmosphere and the towns landmark, The Lady From the Sea, guards the entry of the marina. During the summer, many yachtsmen and their beautiful ships visits the marina and the town is buzzing with life. 

From the holiday home, you are within walking distance to the lovely beech forrest at Sæbygaard and the cozy pedestrian street in Sæby, with its restaurants and shops. Sæby is a 500 year old borough and there are therefore a lot of cultural historie. For example the old cottages in the old part of town and the former monastery church, Sct. Mariæ, famous for its old fresco paintings. Arts and craft also has a prominent role in Sæby and you can experience many exciting boutiques in the town centrum. 

The town of Frederikshavn is located 12 kilometers fra Sæby. From which there are many ferry connections to Sweeden, Norway and the peaceful danish island, Læsø. In Frederikshavn, you'll find a lot of diffferent shops and specialty boutiques as well as cozy venues, restaurants and cafes. Frederikshavn is also know for its nature, here you can experience the palm beach (Palmestranden) and the beautiful Bangsbo area, with museums, the bothanical garden and nature trails. Further North, you'll find the famous town Skagen. Skagen is especialy known for its exciting nature, which has inspirred many talented painters through time. Here you can experience Grenen (The Nortern Tip of Denmark) and Råbjerg Mile, the largest wandering desert in Denmark.
