This newly built holiday home from 2019 is set high on an open natural plot near Følle Strand, with views over Aarhus Bay and just 150 meters from a great bathing beach. It is a wonderful, bright, and beautifully furnished house. The house is surrounded by a large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day and into the evening.
The spacious, light-filled living room is open to the kitchen and is stylishly furnished. Large windows provide a full view from both the dining area, which seats 6, and the inviting sofa corner, which includes a TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, as well as a radio. The lovely, well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
The sleeping arrangements consist of 6 beds spread across 3 comfortable bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds. The bright and spacious bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower, and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a guest toilet. The house offers internet access.
Just west of Rønde, you will find the popular holiday area of Følle Strand, with a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach that has both a bathing pier and a playground. Many of the houses here have views of Aarhus Bay, and there are hiking and cycling trails leading to Kalø Castle Ruins and into the town of Rønde, which has a vibrant shopping scene. Aarhus is easily accessible by car in under half an hour.
