This delightful holiday home is located in a lovely area. Set in the country, with easy access to Gothenburg and other large towns, this is an excellent cottage for those who enjoy variation. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake Fävern, as well as fields and woodlands. By the lake you will find the boat that is included in the rent.

The interior of the holiday home is inviting It features two lovely bedrooms with a comfortable double bed in each. The family room contains a woodburning stove and is an excellent place to spend a cosy evening with the family. The kitchen is well-equipped. Underfloor heating throughout the house guarantees you a nice, suitable temperature no matter the time of year.

Next to the cottage there is a newly-built annex with a large, roofed terrace. Bright and modern, the annex features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a wood-fuelled sauna.

This quiet, peaceful area is very child-friendly and relaxing. Why not take a walk in the woods, pick berries and mushrooms, or take a little trip in the boat? Gothenburg, Borås and Varberg are within an hour's drive. If you like shopping, Gekås i Ullared, is a very popular shopping destination only 30 km away.
