This lovely house is located in the beautiful nature area north of Lake Ringsjö.

Your house has privacy but also the proximity to several of the area's fantastic nature reserves and attractions, as well as the small community of Röstånga. The homely habitat has all amenities needed for a restive holiday. The water in the well is drinkable but has an undertaste and is not recommended for children.

The spacious plot has something for everyone. Large lawns perfect for play and games, lush and sheltered small patios with garden furnitures, and a cosy backyard with a playhouse. Two bicycles are available for free. From Röstånga you can start excursions into many destinations around Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Landskrona.
