Well-maintained, truly bright and lovely holiday apartment on a elevated, open natural lot with panoramic views of the Kattegat Sea and the hilly landscape south of Ebeltoft. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a southwest-facing tiled terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill. On the large plot, shared with three other holiday apartments, there is a bonfire area as well as a swing set and sandbox for the children.
You enter directly into the bright and inviting kitchen/dining area with seating for 6 people and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove with ceramic hobs and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A hallway with storage space leads to the entrance of the well-furnished living room, which has a view into the dining area and access to the terrace. Comfortable and spacious sofa furniture, wood-burning stove, TV with Danish free channels, DVD player, CD player, and radio. The house accommodates 6 sleeping places distributed among 2 lovely bedrooms with double beds and a loft with 2 single beds, accessed from the living room. Large, nice bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a smaller bathroom with shower, both rooms with underfloor heating. There is a high chair and a crib for the little ones. Internet access is available.
Only a short distance to the charming streets of Ebeltoft and good shopping opportunities to the north, and to the south, the child-friendly Øer Strand, known for shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. Good opportunities for fishing and lovely cycling and hiking trails.
