Very convenient location with Skagen town’s midpoint only 450 meters from the holiday home. Close to the holiday home Skagen train station is located, and from the terrace you have a view to the train stop. The train can be heard, however not noisy at all, and doesn’t bother anyone. At night no trains are running.

The outdoor area compliments the holiday home with a grand terrace furnished with garden furniture’s and barbecue. Summer days are lived exclusively out here. After a nice day at the beach, it’s a pleasure to enjoy a nice cold glass of wine at the terrace, while carefully selected items for the dinner menu purchased at the local butcherer Munch (600 meters from the holiday home) are cooking on the barbecue.

The very upkept 118 m2 interior design of the holiday home is in two floors. On the first floor you’ll find 3 crisp light filled bedrooms, all with hardware flooring. One bedroom with a double bed (two adjoined 90x200 cm matrasses as a double bed) plus bathroom en suite. Beautiful smart bathroom with black tiles, designed with separate shower, toilet and sink. One bedroom with double bed (2x90x200 cm side by side beds), and a family bedroom furnished with 4 beds (in two set of 2 x 90 x 200 cm) Often times the family bedroom is used by families with children, that prefer not sleeping in separate room.

Beautiful staircase connects the first floor with the hallway on the entrance level. On the entrance level designed with a bright light bathroom with a separate shower, bathtub with jacuzzi, toilet and sink vanity. Here you'll also find the holiday homes washer and dryer. Top of the line kitchen designed with all modern amenities, and function as an extension of the two an suite living rooms. Spacious dining room furnishes with modern dining room furniture’s. The living room is furnished with a large sectional corner sofa and TV, - room for the entire family. The cozy living room coffee table inspire to a game of card or enjoying a glass of cognac along with a cup of coffee after a splendid supper. The entire entrance level has flooring is kept in beautiful black tiles and floor heating.

HIGHLIGHTS IN THE AREA:
Several of Skagen iconic sightseeing places are located nearby the holiday home.

The Art Museum of Skagen and the artist couple Michael and Anna Archer’s residence, where you can explore the famous paintings of the great Skagen Painters, and places you'll be able to locate in in short walking distance. Skagen's popular beach setting Soenderstrand is also located near by the holiday home. Each morning at this wonderful beach, you'll be able to enjoy your morning swim exercise in the lovely Baltic Sea, before your return to the terrace for breakfast at the terrace. On your return route you’ll pass Krage’s Bakery, where you always will find fresh baked rolls and Danish pastry.

Grenen, the northern most point of Skagen/Denmark/Europe and where the North Sea and Baltic Sea meet, and for certain worthwhile a visit, and south of Skagen town you'll find The Buried Church and the fascinating history about the sand migration. On route to Grenen you'll pass the Grey Lighthouse, National Center for Migrating Birds, and from the lighthouse tower there is the most fantastic view of Grenen and in over the ruffs of Skagen town.

In Skagen you'll find quite a lot of lighthouses. Besides the Grey Lighthouse, the Bascule Light and Skagen West, there is also the White Light House, which has a contemporary art exhibition function for mostly locally artist. The White Lighthouse is located on Oddevej, on route to Grenen. At the old Bascule Light thousands of happy folks gather each year on June 26th to celebrate Midsummer and the arrival of summertime and long light hours. The bonfire celebration is an experience to attend. Fantastic atmosphere, always an existing bonfire speech and same appropriate procedure each year, with the painter & poet Holger Drachmann’s iconic midsummer poetic singalong “Erindring”.
