Additionally, there is a viewing balcony accessible from the living room on the first floor. The property is equipped with good garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue.
From the spacious entrance, you enter the large kitchen/dining area with a wood-burning stove and a dining table for 12 around the long wooden table. A high chair is available for the smallest. The new, beautiful kitchen is equipped with ceramic stovetops, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. On the first floor, there is a cozy, well-furnished living room with access to a small covered viewing balcony and a TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, as well as a radio. On the ground floor, there is a lovely new bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer, as well as the most charming, original 60s bathroom with light blue tiles and a bathtub. Underfloor heating is available in both bathrooms. Internet access is provided.
