This super cozy cottage is located by Lycke Golf & Country Club, which is located right next to the historic and beautiful Tofta Manor. From the kitchen window you can see the golf course's beautiful green lawns and just a few hundred meters further away is a unique bird watching area where many ornithologists come to visit.

The cottage is located 30 minutes from both Marstrand and Kungälv and into Gothenburg it only takes 45 minutes.

The cottage is located on the owner's plot but the owner himself has his patio at the back so you will not be disturbed by each other. You can use a cozy framed courtyard with a lovely lawn. The owners are good in equestrian sports and have beautiful horses in the stable and the pastures around.

Well protected from rain and wind, you are welcomed by a partially glazed paved patio with outdoor furniture. From here is the entrance to the spacious hall. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.

To the left you enter another small hall filled with nice books on the bookshelf. From here you can continue to all rooms. Large and lovely living room with sofa bed and TV and views of the patio and entrance to bright separate kitchen with dining area and windows in two directions.

A staircase leads up to the attic and here is a double bed (160cm). The travel cot can fit on the lower level. The small window in the attic provides nice light and the accommodation is quiet and cozy in a wonderful rural environment.
