In Olofsbo, one of Hallandskusten's best locations, is this beautiful and modern house with walking distance to the nice beach. A completely fresh house with lovely bright surfaces and quality in all material choices. The house accommodates both the large family or maybe two families. The plot borders a green area with panoramic views of green meadows and the sea. There are several patios to choose from, where you can enjoy the sun in all directions.

The heart of the house is the bright living room with large windows, a beautiful dining area and an open and modern kitchen. Here you have a wood burning stove and large modern TV. Of course free wifi. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with 120cm wide bed. The bathroom is spacious, with shower and double sinks as well as washer and dryer. Under the roof ridge in part of the house there is a living room with sofas. Here you can enjoy the view over the cottage area and the shimmering waves of the Kattegat.

This house is not rented to youth groups.

Olofsbo is a real summer paradise, with both a shop and a restaurant. The long sandy beach is very popular with families with children. In the southern part there are high dunes and at the small marina there are good crab fishing places.

You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg. In Falkenberg there are many nice small cafes, restaurants and shops. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses at a convenient distance. The closest is Björhults Gk.

The area also invites to nice walks or bike rides. Morups Tånge is a nature reserve with fantastic bird life and nice walking paths. A little further north is the small community Glommen with its cozy fishing and marina.
