Classic holiday home with a cozy atmosphere, situated on a very large and secluded plot surrounded by tall trees near Byrum. The holiday home features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with access to a covered terrace. It is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump and offers three comfortable bedrooms, one of which is located in a separate annex. A wood-burning stove has also been installed.

An electric vehicle charging station is available at the property.

The house has recently been fitted with new flooring. The spacious grounds provide plenty of opportunities to find shelter from the wind, enjoy the sun, and observe the fascinating wildlife and natural surroundings. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the house enjoys peaceful and scenic surroundings that invite relaxation and quality time. For children, there are swings and a sandbox.

Please note: The navigation to the holiday home at Erbækvej 5 may be incorrect, so we have prepared the following driving directions:

• In Byrum, turn left just before the church onto Doktorvejen.
• Continue along Doktorvejen and keep left when the road bends to the right.
• Follow Doktorvejen for a short distance until you reach a small gravel road called Erbækvej on your right.
• Follow the gravel road as it curves to the right.
• Shortly afterwards, you will come to a T-junction, where you will see No. 5 on the left-hand side.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
