Welcome to a sunny and charming holiday home with sea views in a newly built cottage from 2016 with a large lovely terrace. From the cottage you have walking distance to several wonderfully nice beaches. The unique location invites to salty sea baths from beautiful sandy beaches and sun-warmed cliffs, or for those who want, from the trampoline or swimming raft. Good opportunities for water sports and fishing. In the area there are several campsites with service shop, restaurant, playgrounds, mini golf and more. Beautiful nature walks and jogging rounds are a natural feature. The sea area outside is excellent for those who have a kayak or canoe and if you feel like a round of golf, Dynekilen's golf course is not far away.

The cottage consists of an open floor plan consisting of open kitchen with stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker and living room with dining furniture, sofa bed, radio, fiber, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and combined washing machine /dryer. Upstairs there are 2 sofa beds and TV. In the large terrace area there is outdoor furniture, sun loungers and barbecue where you can enjoy wonderful moments with the sun or grill a good piece of food on perhaps self-caught fish from today's fishing trip, remember fishing rod because here the mackerel can go! The balcony has raised and lowered glass walls and a large awning, all for you to get both shelter and shade if you so wish.
