Holiday home in a quiet and peaceful area within walking distance to the sea at Bjerge Sydstrand. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can easily be joined to make double beds. The house has tiled floors throughout and is equipped with a wood-burning stove, washing machine, dishwasher, and heat pump, making it suitable for longer stays all year round.

Large fenced plot with an enclosed pond and a spacious lawn with room for play. The house features a closed garden room and a partially covered terrace with access from the kitchen. Within a 10-minute walk, there are dining options and an ice cream shop during the summer months. The area is especially good for trout fishing. The house is not rented out to youth groups. It is equipped with a satellite family TV package that includes Danish, German, and children's channels. There is no internet in the house.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
