From the living room you have access to a private wooden terrace and 50 m2 garden where you can have barbecues. Staircase to 1st floor with a double bed and a single bed. TV with various international channels and built-in Chromecast for streaming. You will also find various boardgames, free wi-fi, bluetooth speaker and outdoor games for enjoyment. For the little ones there is a high chair and cot with duvet. Heating via central heating makes the house suited all year round. Parking available in the area. The house is located close to shopping and restaurants and the town square. Furthermore you only have approx. 8 minutes walk to one of Denmark's best beaches. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
