Lovely location in quiet residential area.

Outdoors, you will find a beautiful, large, south-facing terrace, lots of garden furniture, barbecue and flower pots. In extension of the terrace high dune with lyme grass. In the front garden you will find a nice "oasis" with garden furniture, where the outdoor life can be enjoyed.

The house provides ample space. In total you have 142 m2 at your disposal, all arranged in one level. There are three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large kitchen-dining room is the heart of the house, furnished with a lovely dining area with plenty of space around the dining table, amazing sofa corner with nice furnitures and flat screen TV. Gorgeous kitchen with all modern facilities and in addition a small kitchen bar with highchairs, where a glass of wine can be enjoyed while the chef works.

The three lovely bedrooms are divided into two furnished with double beds (two beds of 90 x 200 cm placed together as a double bed) and the third room with two single beds. The main bedroom has a bathroom en suite. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet and sink. The utility room is equipped with both washing machine and dryer.

The house was originally built in 1973, but was most recently renovated in 2021 and is therefore modernized and ready to form the framework for your next holiday.

1 Dog is welcome, but must not stay in furniture and beds.
For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.

PLACES TO VISIT IN THE AREA:
Beautiful surroundings where lovely beaches are found both north and south of the central Gl. Skagen. The area lends itself to beautiful walks or bike rides on one of the many small trails weaving through the dunes. Not far from the holiday home you will find Den Tilsandede Kirke (the Sanded Church) and on the way here you pass the Natural History Museum, which today is housed in the former Højen Station. A visit to jewelery artist Susanne Lanng in her workshop in the old school building can also be recommended. A visit to Solnedgangspladsen (the Sunset Square) where locals and guests gather every night to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets should also be on your holiday bucket list.

3 km north of Gl. Skagen you will find the city of Skagen with lots of retail shops, cafes and restaurants. The city's artisans and their workshops are primarily found on the harbor and in the city center, but also spread throughout the city. Another must on your to-do list is a trip to Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, where the seas Kattegat and Skagerrak meet and before returning to Gl. Skagen, Skagen's Museum with the famous paintings of i.a. Krøyer, Ancher, Tuxen and Locher are definitely worth a visit.
