Best location in the middle of Marielyst approx. 100 m from shops, cafees and restaurants and approx. 75-100 m from one of Denmark's best sand beaches. The apartments are designed by the architect company Andreas Ravn that has put emphasis on light and space. There are large window sections with good lighting, high-vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, bright ash parquet floors and open concept kitchen-family room helping create a cosy atmosphere. The apartments all have hall, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and kitchen diner where the light provides an interesting setting. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
