The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, a separate oven, a fridge/freezer, and a microwave.

There are two bright bedrooms with double beds and direct access to a morning terrace.

The attractive bathroom has tiled walls and floors, a shower enclosure, and underfloor heating. A washing machine is also available.

In addition, there is a covered terrace by the kitchen entrance, and a gas barbecue is provided.

The house is located next to a small plantation area, and a shared playground with swings and other play equipment can be found nearby.

The house is not rented to youth groups.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
