With 65 m² of living space on a natural plot of 600 m², the house combines simple, cozy furnishings with everything needed for a relaxing stay, and it's a non-smoker house throughout.

The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living room, where a pellet stove provides pleasant warmth during the colder months. The living room also features a TV and Chromecast for evening entertainment. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, a fridge-freezer, an extractor hood, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, while the bathroom includes a washing machine, toilet, sink, and shower niche. A standout feature is the indoor sauna, accommodating up to 4 people, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. A conservatory allows for year-round use, extending the living space beyond the summer months.

Outside, you'll find a tiled terrace, a garden grill for outdoor dining, and an air-to-air heat pump for added comfort. The property is just 300 metres from the beach, with a restaurant only 200 metres away and a grocery store within 2.5 km. A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
