Holiday cottage with panoramic views Ferring Sø (lake). This well-functioning family cottage is furnished with 2 bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining room and wellness section with a 4 person whirlpool in elevated level, which offers a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The house is located on a 1053 m2 dune plot right next to Ferring Sø andh approx. 200 m from the dunes, the North Sea and the beach. There is also a 4 seater rowing boat included in the rent (usage at own risk/insurance).

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
