Holiday cottage located close to the Limfjord on a good plot with a landscaped lawn with ample opportunity for all kinds of ball games and outdoor activities. The house has a modern interior with large kitchen/dining area with all appliances. The kitchen is in open plan with the large, bright living room with wood-burning stove. The living room has access to a partially covered terrace where the warm summer evenings can be enjoyed. There are two bathrooms, one with whirlpool, sauna, toilet and sink. There is also a washer and dryer. Mezzanine with possibility of extra beds. No letting to youth groups.
