The house is functionally furnished with a kitchen/dining area, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, and direct access to the terrace. The property’s garage is used for storing a barbecue, play equipment, sun loungers, and more.

Inside, the living room features a wood-burning stove, DVD player, TV, and satellite channels. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer (60–99 l), microwave, extractor hood, and coffee machine. The bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin, and shower.

Outdoors, you can enjoy the terrace and a 1,300 m² natural plot with trees, offering a peaceful atmosphere in a charming holiday home area. The house has electric heating and is comfortably furnished, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing break by the sea.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
